Maidenhead Moosed, now bring on the 2A’s

Last Saturday saw the mighty Griffs travel to Maidenhead. The lads weren’t expecting a tough game and they were right. Sadly Maidenhead didn’t come to the party, and had 4 blasted past them…..with 2 goals being disallowed. None the less, 2 very neat goals by the Argentine international Diego, with some clinical work from the inspiring Lenny, saw the Griffs roll to a comfortable win. The game did however prove to be a very good warm-up for this saturday’s match against the 2A’s.

- I might just add that the showers at Maidenhead were very much to p0rn0’s taste….once he hears the details, he’ll be gutted that he wasn’t there to get in the mx!!!

Never in Griffin history have the Griffs faced the 2A’s in a league match, and many a discussion has been had as what the outcome would be if the two sides met. The time has finally come!!!

An inform Griffin side meets the dangerous 2A’s. The Griffs, top of the table, have the chance to stretch their lead on the second placed 2A’s. More importantly though, the Griffs get the chance to show the club that despite acting like a bunch of clowns on the dance floor, they sure as hell know how to humiliate a side on the astro!!…and earn some very well deserved respect from the rest of the men’s sides.

Wasn’t it 5-0 against Maidenhead? Who was robbed of their goal?
